Great experience in Kashmir. Great arrangements made by Pinnacle Tours and Travels and Danish. All the hotels selected by him were great and good for families. Transportation arrangements were of top notch. Danish will personally call you and check everyday if you re comfortable in the Hotel and are satisfied with arrangements or not. Further, he ll also guide you on local union rates and amount to be paid while on tour in Pahalgam and Sonamarg. Overall, wonderful place and experience.

I live in canada came to india for my wedding. It was quite confusing for us to travel after wedding. During that time danishbhai from pinnacle travels is so helpful in terms of fixing budget and providing good costumer service to clients.

Our decision to choose Pinnacle tours and travels turned out to be best than we had imagined, We decided to have an only girls trip to Kashmir and we were initially unsure about how safe would it be for us,  but Mr Danish Bhat (the trip organiser) was so helpful at every step of the way, he was always available to answer our queries, he made us feel so secure.
he organised our stay so well, right from the point we onboarded the flight, to covering all the beautiful scenic points that has warmed our hearts, we covered srinagar, Gulmarg, sonmarg and pahalgam. we had a decent stay at srinagar and pahalgam, the driver was punctual everyday and he was very generous to give us insights about the local life in Kashmir.
Not to forget the kashmiri food , it was amazing, Mr Danish assisted us throughout until we reached back home safe and sound and refreshed.

We made a trip to Kashmir recently and are extremely happy that we chose Pinnacle tours and travels. At one point one of our friends lost her mobile phone in one of the cabs and Mr Danish came to our rescue and was humble enough to go out of his way and get the phone from the cab driver and got it to our hotel, he made sure we did not face any inconveniences.
Throughout our journey, he was always available when needed and did his best to resolve things.
All possible destinations were covered, the itinerary was modified to best suit our plan, We enjoyed the hospitality provided by the hotels. The cab was clean and the driver assigned to us was very polite and caring.
We had a great time and we would definitely recommend our friends and family to go for Pinnacle tours if they plan for a trip to Kashmir in future.

Was worried at first on how to plan my dream vacation to Kashmir with my mom and sisters. Contacted Danish through a friend and explained what I had in mind and we didn’t have to think about the rest. Each and every detail from the time we reached Srinagar airport till the time we departed was wonderfully managed by Pinnacle Tours & Travels. We had a good trip. Thanks to Danish jee and co for all the hospitality and coordination. Our driver Mr. Adil was very nice, punctual and helpful. The guide for Gulmarg was very friendly. Boat house stay was the best. But one feedback, don’t go for hotel Sahara grand in Srinagar as it is a very old property and restaurant is also not good.
